What is actually free?
Being found by nearby shoppers and connecting your systems. UONEX Discovery and UONEX Connect are ₹0 for every business, with no listing, ranking or commission charges. UONEX Intelligence is the only paid product, and it is optional.
Do you publish my sales figures anywhere?
No. Nothing you connect is ever shown attributed to your business, not on this site, not to another retailer, not in a case study. What a shopper sees is a piece, a price and which of your shops has it.
Can a competitor see what I hold?
They see what any shopper walking past your window sees: that you have a piece, in their size, at your price. They do not get your stock counts, your sales, your margins or your suppliers.
Do you take the sale away from my shop?
The opposite. A shopper asks, we tell them your shop has it and how far away it is, and they walk in. The sale rings up on the system you already use, at your counter, at your price.
Will you change anything in my POS or storefront?
We only read. Products, prices, stock and past sales come across; nothing is written back and nothing is re-keyed. Your team keeps working exactly as they do today.
Do I have to replace the software that runs my shops?
No. UONEX sits alongside it. If you change billing systems later, you reconnect the new one and carry on.
What if I want to stop?
Disconnect the source and we stop reading it. Your pieces come off the shopper surfaces; nothing of yours stays behind on them.
What does it read, exactly?
